OXIPRO Partner Marco Fraaije, the Fraaije Group, RUG, is inviting interested candidates to register for an exciting new course taking place from April 8th – 12th 2024 in Groningen, The Netherlands.
The course: Applied Enzymology, 6th European Summer School on Industrial Biotechnology, will provide detailed information on the basic principles of enzymes, their engineering and industrial application. Except for lectures by experts, the course includes company visits and training in the use of computational enzyme engineering tools.
The course is at postgraduate level and will be valuable for PhD candidates who are working with enzymes in academia and industry, or are considering to do so, in the fields of biocatalysis, food and feed science, bioprocess engineering, and similar areas. As well as lectures by experts, there will be a poster session, hands-on computational exercises, and company visits.
The course is organized by the graduate school VLAG, research institutes GBB and ENTEG.

The final registration date is March 1, 2024. Registrations will be accepted in the order in which the registration form and course fee are received. Course fee includes downloadable lecture notes, wi-fi internet access, coffee/tea during breaks. lunches and one dinner.
The fee does not cover accommodation.
